Dear Member families,

We are thrilled to invite you to a joyful Family Picnic! 

A picnic offers a perfect escape from daily routines, bringing loved ones together for quality time, laughter, and relaxation. Surrounded by nature, it boosts mood, reduces stress, and encourages physical activity. Enjoying fresh air, delicious food, and fun games fosters creativity, mindfulness, and stronger social bonds.

Spend a post lunch delightful afternoon with our wonderful community, create unforgettable memories, and embrace the simple joys of life!  

Get ready for an exciting outdoor adventure filled with fun, entertainment, and mouthwatering treats.

When:

Sunday, 30th March 2025 

Time:

2:30pm onwards followed by dinner at 5:30pm

Venue:

Alcock Park, 73 Alcock Rd - Truganina

Cost (Non-refundable):

$10 per person (age 5 years and above)

Please note:

- All the activities will be taking place at the indoor sports venue.

- This event is only open to members of JSGM and their families.

- To secure your spot, please become a member and complete the registration form by 30 January, 2025.

-Early registrations are encouraged as spots are limited. We may close RSVP before the due date.

-All participating playing members must be over the age of 8.
-There are 5 sports to choose from for participating players - Cricket, Netball, PickleBall, Table Tennis and Basket ball.

-Players may opt to participate in more than 1 sport, based on total RSVP we will advise if you are playing 1 or more sports.

-Teams draw and playing order will be announced closer to date of event.

-Due to venue capacity registration is mandatory for everyone attending(Sports participant/spectator) over the age of 12 months.
